Le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les substances minérales autres que le pétrole, le gaz naturel et la saumure est entré en vigueur le 31 décembre 2015. 
Le règlement prévoit notamment une réduction pour deux ans du coût minimum des travaux à effectuer sur un claim (article 138.2). 
Cette réduction a donc été mise à jour dans nos produits numériques.

The Regulation to amend the Regulation respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine came into force on December 31, 2015.
The Regulation sets out a reduction of the minimum cost of work to be done on a claim, for a two-year period (section 138.2).

Ce champ permet de déterminer si l'exploitation du sable et gravier est permis dans une contrainte à l'activité minière.

Addition of the IND_SA_GRA field to the CONTRAINTES_RESTRICTIONS layer of the AUTRES.ZIP file.
This field helps to determine if the exploitation of sand and gravel is allowed in a constraint to the mining activity.

Ce champ permet de visualiser la date de peremption des excédents de travaux au titre.

Addition of the PER_DATE field to the TITRES_TITLES et TITRES_TITLES_ALL files.
This field gives you the chance to see the peremptive date, relative to excess work to title.

Pour votre information, nous avons ajouté l’ensemble des titres en historique du Registre public des droits miniers, réels et immobiliers à nos produits numériques. 
En raison du volume de données générées, nous avons dû diviser le territoire en deux parties distinctes, basées sur le 50e degré de latitude.
Ainsi, le fichier TITRES_TITLES_ALL.zip, contient dorénavant deux couches d’informations soient les couches TITRES_TITLES_ALL_N50 et TITRES_TITLES_ALL_S50.

Nous avons également ajouté à nos produits numériques, un fichier TITRES_ACTIFS_ACTIVE_TITLES.zip, contenant uniquement les titres actifs du Registre public des droits miniers, réels et immobiliers.

For your information, we have added all historical titles from the Public Register of Real and Immovable Mining Rights to our digital data.
Due to the volume of data generated, we had to divide the territory into two distinct parts, based on the 50th degree of latitude.
Thus, the TITRES_TITLES_ALL.zip file now contains two layers of information, namely the TITRES_TITLES_ALL_N50 and TITRES_TITLES_ALL_S50 layers.

We have also created a TITRES_ACTIFS_ACTIVE_TITLES.zip file containing only the active titles from the Public Register of Real and Immovable Mining Rights to our digital data.
